Comparison of different fitness programmes forover 60 year women in Ege

Healthy lifestyle, for example regular physical activity, nutrition and recreation abilities reduce illnesses in older ages. Difference between pre- and post test of „Intimacy” improved significant (t=-3,328; p=,005). „Sociability” was better in „Aqua group” (t=2,383; p=,03). Muscle strength, flexibility, dynamic balance and aerob capacity were improved by all the four programmes. Quality of life, health- and fitness status can be improved by strength, aerobic, Pilates and aqua training methods.
